Are you prepared to put your energy into equipping our communities to meet the twin challenges of climate change and peak oil? Are you a positive thinker who can motivate others? Would you like to help guide, a successful community organisation that has already made a significant impact in Bath?

Transition Bath is seeking new trustees, to support and guide its work. Specifically we are looking for people who can bring a new dimensions to the trustee group.

You will be someone who is looking to be part of something new and exciting. You may already be someone who works for a local business, charity, community organisation, or involved in the community through other groups or activities. Perhaps you have expertise in fundraising, community development, strategy, law,financial management, environmental practice, permaculture or the transition ways of working.

Importantly you will be someone who is well connected, with a wide network of people. You will have a demonstrable record of being able to listen, experience new ways of working and make sound decisions. Ultimately you will be someone with a passion to want to make a difference in Bath, with a sound understanding of the challenges we face with Peak Oil and Climate change. Ideally you will live in or around Bath.
